How to repair your appliance? Experts will help you...

To dismantle the drum tree of the rotor cover, you must follow the following steps: 1. First, remove the back cover and the top cover to have a complete view of the inside. Looking from the back, you will see a pulley and a belt that you will need to remove. Continuing to look from the back to the front, you will notice several screws around the shaft. Use an 8mm socket wrench to remove these screws. There are about 20 in total. Disconnect the wires from the resistor. There are 3 to disconnect, as well as other wires that are the thermistor. Once the wires are disconnected, remove the nut that secures the drum pulley. Then remove the pulley and an aluminum cone that is on the shaft. If you wish, you can hit the cover with a rubber mallet to remove it from the back. Otherwise, you can also choose to replace the bearings, the retaining ring, and the drum support. By following these steps, you will be able to dismantle the drum tree of the rotor cover of your washing machine.
