The belt of the washing machine BOSCH should be changed if your machine makes a lot of noise when the drum moves during the wash cycle. You should check if the agitator is rubbing against the tub.
The belt may be slipping at the beginning of each revolution of the wash cycle. If so, the belt may be under tension or worn. To check the source of the noise, remove the cover on the back of the washer. It is possible that the arm tooth is moving by touching the teeth of the white plastic gear when the drum is turned to the left. If this is the case the tooth rubs against the gear until the pulley changes direction of rotation. It is necessary to check the placement of the washer: its thickness must be about two millimeters and it must be placed between the star that supports the drum and the upper part of the transmission box. During the washing, rinsing, spinning and emptying phases, the motor must remain active. The belt tension of the washing machine BOSCH must be correct so that it does not slip at the beginning of each turn of the washing cycle.
If the casing and the belt are new, the belt must be loosened. The pulley should be moved to detect if it is loose. Check the main motor to see if the bearings and belt are in good condition. The transmission box should be properly seated on its base. There should also be enough grease inside the white plastic gear above the transmission pulley.
