The transmission of the washing machine does not seem to have enough power to wash and spin. You have noticed water under the transmission and on the pump motor that drives the transmission. If there is water dripping, the transmission is bad and it is better to change it than to try to repair it. The malfunctioning of the transmission can be caused by a number of things. There may be some degree of oxidation in the clutch area due to water leakage. The brake band may be poorly fitted to the transmission housing due to poor engine calibration. It could also be a deterioration of one of the bearings in the washing machine. The belt may have slipped between the two pulleys and in this case it will be necessary to tighten it. The capacitor that powers the main motor should be tested. Check the condition of the spring that goes inside the white plastic gears due to the humidity in the area. Check the main motor for damage and the continuity value between the three pins. If the malfunction is caused by the belt, remove it and get a new one compatible with the model of the washing machine. Be sure to tighten it properly after placing it between the small pulley and the large pulley. Test it by programming a wash cycle without putting any laundry in the drum and check, at the end of the cycle, that the belt is still in place on the rotation axis.
