During the washing cycles of the washing machine, the drum turns only on one side and the laundry is not properly washed and wrung out. In the washing and rinsing phases, the horizontal turbine and the agitator should rotate alternately in both directions. The pulley of the main motor must turn in both directions. After checking the belt between the two pulleys, it has become loose. As a result, the belt can only turn the transmission pulley clockwise.
To prevent the belt from slipping, loosen the two screws that hold the motor to the base of the plastic tank, pull the motor and transmission box to tighten the belt, and immediately tighten the two screws. You must keep in mind that over tensioning the belt will result in damage to both the main motor and the transmission box. When manufacturing this type of washing machine, the spinning drum is held completely still in the washing and rinsing phases. There are models that include a bubble generator to facilitate the detachment of the dirt present on the laundry.
Therefore, do not expect the spin drum to move, except with some adjustments that would change the way it came out of the factory and the spin drum would only make short clockwise movements in the different stages of the wash cycle.
