How to repair your appliance? Experts will help you...

You have a washing machine of the brand XXX_BRAND_XXX and you had to replace the gearbox. You ordered an original gearbox on the free market and it arrived without any problem. You installed it perfectly, but you noticed that the motor was located 5 millimeters lower than the pulley of the gearbox. To compensate for this difference, you had to add an additional piece to the motor in order to align the belt correctly. Continuing with yoru repairs, you noticed that the nut that holds th edrum and tightens the star was also lower, exposing the threads. Additionally, the screw that holds the agitator had a larger diameter than the one provided with the new gearbox. Therefore, you had to disassemble this part again and use the old washer to prevent the star from rubbing against the tank's protrusions and to allow it to rotate freely. However, you noticed that the drum rotates freely on both sides once completed, as if the spring had been released from the gearbox. You don't know what else to do to solve this problem.
