Then, through the access hole where the clothes enter, insert your hand and on the left side, there is a plastic cover that can be removed by levering with a screwdriver. Inside, you will find an Allen head screw. Remove it and then pull the drum shaft from the disassembled side. In the tank, you will find the bearing support that can be removed by removing 5 screws. Replace the complete bearing support and the retaining device, then assemble in reverse order.
