You will see the belt and the apparently sealed drum. To find the object between the drum and the machine casing, you need to undo the loading straps of the washing machine. This will allow you to remove the drum and take out the object in question. To start, check if the bearings are not broken. Open the door where you put the laundry and observe if the stainless steel drum has play upwards, downwards, and sideways. If the bearings do not have any play, you need to remove the resistance located between the drum and the tank. Here's how to proceed: at the back, you will see the drum pulley and the motor pulley. Between the two, you will find three terminals with their respective wires. If the wires are of different colors, mark them to know how they are connected. Then, disconnect them and you will see a nut. Loosen the nut until it is flush with the thread, then hit it with a hammer so that it goes inside. Then, move it sideways.
