The washing machine belt has broken. You have opened the machine to access the belt to remove it. The reference on the original belt is no longer legible. You must measure the diameter of the belt and ask a specialized dealer for advice in order to find a model compatible with the type of washing machine. If there is no tensioner, the belt must have the same reference. It can be the same size but some are elastic and stretch. You should be able to adjust the belt when you put it in place so that it stays in place on the axle and does not slip during the wash cycle. See if the bushings that support the motor raise or lower the motor when you manually turn them.
Belts for washing machines are silicone type, which means that a degree of tension is allowed for its placement. This point should be taken into account when the belt is flat. There are also different models with different multi belts more or less thin. The thickness of the belt is important because it must be compatible with the pulleys during installation. There are V-belts for washers and dryers. It doesn't matter what brand the original belt is if it is a V-belt. What is important is the diameter, the type, the grooves and whether the belt should be elastic or not.
