You have had this washing machine for about 3 years. The other day, it started washing only on the left side and when you try to wash on the other side, the motor makes a strange noise and some clicks can be heard. So, you decided to inspect the washing machine and look at it from underneath. Using your hands, you tried to turn it towards the side that is not working properly. You noticed that it was slightly braking before turning. So, you turned around to take a closer look and noticed that there was a yellow spring or wire stuck between the teeth of the white plastic gear.
