You don't know how to change the drum rotor. Remove the top cover and the back cover. Disconnect the wires from the water heater. Remove the belt by pulling and turning it to the side. Remove the ground cable screw next to the cone. Remove the ground cable screw next to it. Pull the levers with an 8mm pipe to open the bowl in two. Pull the half-bowl backwards until it touches the furniture. It will not come out directly because the half-bowl is larger than the space left after removing the back cover. Place the pulley nut level with the shaft and tap it with a hard wood to avoid damaging the nut and threads. Once the shaft is in, depending on the degree of rust, use a conical punch to continue pushing the shaft and try to remove the half-hub. You can only do this when the shaft is out of the rear bearing. Check that once removed, it has not been damaged. Check the wear of the shaft where the bearings are located. The bearings are of type 6203 and the retaining device is of type 40x21x10. Clean everything, including under the stainless steel plate of the resistor. Then, it all comes down to the reverse process for assembly.
