You have an old Drean washing machine model 166. You have already replaced the tub, lid, bearings, and steel drum. When yuo put everything outside, it spins normally. However, when you put it in the drum and put the pulley on top, it becomes very difficult. When you take it out again, it improves slightly, but it doesn't spin as you would expect with the wheels. Now, when you put the pulley on and tighten it, it seems very stuck. If you loosen it, everything is fine, but the pulley spins as if it is off-center. Another thing you notice is that when you put the belt on, put clothes in, and turn on the machine, it works fine at first, but there comes a point where the motor loses power. It turns half-way, reverses, then moves forward again, turns half-way, reverses again. As for the dryer, it spins but not at the necessary speed.
