The washing machine's wash programs work, but the spinning is not done at the end of the cycle. The laundry is not spun at all. You should check that before spinning, the water is completely drained. If the washing machine drains and does not spin, remove the belt and check if the motor is running without a belt at the spinning stage. If the motor runs without a belt, replace the condenser. If you find that even after changing the condenser, the malfunctions are still present, check the condition of the belt and pulleys.
It is possible that the belt is loose. In this case, it should be tightened so that it does not slip during the washing cycles or during the vibrations of the washing machine during the spin cycle. The belt should connect the two pulleys. After tightening it, rotate the pulleys by hand to make sure the belt stays in place. Replace the screws to secure the assembly and reposition the front of the unit. Perform a test run by programming a wash cycle without putting any laundry in the drum. If the machine no longer makes any noise, the belt is securely in place. Then wash the clothes to make sure that the drum is driven by the belt and that the spinning is done correctly.
