It is equipped with a screw at the bottom of the tub, on one side of the shaft sleeve. If you can upload photos of the area where the plastic piece is located, describe what is underneath the drum. Underneath the drum, there is a plastic cone. The drum is a disc agitator and is held in place by 8 10mm screws. The Kenmore Elite series and XXX_BRAND_XXX are called Calypso. It has a digital display as well as 2 other cards. It has a separate electric motor for the pump and the pump is assembled with 2 clamps similar to the 2000 model or XXX_BRAND_XXX import.
