Top Questions

How to repair your appliance? Experts will help you...

According to the described issue, your washing machine is functioning normally in terms of pressure, but the washing cycle is very slow. To check this, we recommend conducting a test by physically removing it from the machine and testing it outside. Make sure to check for any signs of blackened or burnt motor windings. If the triacs are overheating, it may indicate excessive consumption and cause them to fail. Normally, the triacs should withstand a current of 16 amps, which is necessary to start the motor. This will allow us to eliminate any doubts about the cause of the problem. If you do not have another motor to test, we suggest checking the plate and sensors. The motor is connected to a rotation detector located on top, with two wires connected to the plate. It is important to carefully check this connection, as a fault in the motor could lead to further triac overheating. If you encounter difficulties during this check, feel free to ask us for advice. Another step you can try is to disconnect or remove the belt that connects the motor to the transmission, and then perform a test without the belt. This manipulation can provide us with additional indications of the cause of the problem. We hope that this information will be helpful in resolving the malfunction of your washing machine. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
