Top Questions

How to repair your appliance? Experts will help you...

If your washing machine has two universal bearings, it is normal for the drum to be able to move in both directions during the washing and rinsing phases. To check this, you can perform the following test during the spin phase (without the belt between the two pulleys): activate the drain motor and manually rotate the pulley of the transmission housing in both directions, making about 5 turns. Then observe how the pulley of the transmission housing reacts counterclockwise.
