Top Questions

How to repair your appliance? Experts will help you...

The engine of your washing machine heats up and keeps running without stopping. You don't know the model of your machine. If that's the case, inspect the bearings to see if they are in good condition. If the bearings are good, it is likely that the motor coils are damaged. If the motor is running a lot, make sure to unplug it before conducting this test, for safety reasons. If the motor is running slightly and making no strange noises, try spinning the drum pulley as well to see if it rotates easily and without resistance.
