You need to check if the motor pulley rotates alternately in both directions during the washing phase. You can perform the test with the water at the lowest level and by programming only the washing phase for a few minutes. Simply remove the back cover of the dryer and observe when the main motor starts. If the pulley does not rotate in both directions, pause the dryer and remove the belt between the two pulleys.
