If you notice a water leak, it is highly likely that the seal is damaged. As for the water leak in the washing tank and the noise coming from the speed reducer gears, you will need to opt for a complete replacement of the speed reducer. Here are the steps to follow: 1. Remove the central cover of the turbine or the horizontal drum. Unscrew the screw that secures the turbine to the upper shaft of the speed reducer. Remove the belt from the bottom. Loosen and remove the 3 screws that secure the speed reducer to the washing tank. Apply pressure from top to bottom on the casing to remove it from this location. Place the new transmission casing by inserting it from the bottom of the 2-tube dryer.
