The belt in the washing machine is broken. A new one has been installed but when you use the washing machine, the belt moves during the spinning phase and the drum does not turn anymore. A shrill noise can be heard. Upon accessing the motor part of the machine, you found that the belt was broken again and that rubber was stuck on the motor pulley. It is possible that the mechanism associated with the motor through the belt is very heavy. This causes the belt to slip and fail to move and cut. If you have noted the part number on the original belt, you should use the same model. Not all belts are compatible with all washing machines. Also check the condition of the pulleys and the condenser. Manually rotate the drum from left to right to see if you hear any rubbing. Get a new belt. Remember to unplug the washing machine. Install the new belt by first running it around the small pulley, the one connected to the motor of the machine. If the belt has grooves, they should be in contact with the pulley. Hold the belt firmly and slide it into the notch on the large pulley connected to the drum. Then gently rotate the large pulley to insert the belt into the slot.
