The laundry does not dry at the end of the wash cycle programmed on the dryer. The drum does not rotate as soon as the laundry load is heavy. Check the belt: it may be loose and slipping due to the weight of the laundry. The machine has a maximum capacity of five kilos of dry clothes to be washed. This maximum capacity is when the maximum water level in the washing machine should be used. If the weight of the laundry is too heavy, the motor may be damaged. Check the following points to see if they cause slowdowns in the equipment. You will need to remove the cover that is attached to the back of the dryer to access the belt and check its condition. If the belt is slipping between the pulleys it should be removed. The main motor is attached to the metal base by two screws. Loosen these two screws and move the main motor away from the belt to tighten it a little more. Hold the motor so it doesn't move and tighten the hex head screws to keep the main motor secure. To see if the belt is slipping, fill the tub to the top and run a wash program. When the dryer starts the spinning program, you will be able to observe the behavior of the belt. It should be tightened if you notice that it does not stay in place properly on the axle.
