The washing machine has lost power in the wash and spin cycle. The malfunction may be due to the condenser or the belt. Remove the belt and see if the motor runs with force. It is possible to put a load on the motor pulley to see if it loses strength. If so, the problem is with the motor. Lift the motor pulley to see if it is losing power. Look to see if the springs that have rods are in good condition. Also check the position of the rods. Some washing machines have different colored plastics. If you find that the springs are worn, change them. Remove the pulleys to check them. If the pulleys are worn or bent, the new belt will not stay in place during the wash. Get a new belt, making sure it is compatible with the washing machine. Slide the belt between the two pulleys and manually rotate the pulley so that the belt snaps into place. Run a wash cycle to make sure the belt stays in place. If the belt has slipped, it may be due to misalignment of the motor. The motor can be moved forward or backward by loosening the screws on the motor and aligning the motor and pulley properly.
