The washing machine does not spin anymore. The laundry is soaked. Remove the belt between the two pulleys and test the washing stage with only water at its low level to see if the main motor pulley turns alternately in both directions. If it turns slowly, replace the capacitor, making sure the value matches the information on the capacitor legend. If it does not turn, the main motor should be checked. If the belt between the two pulleys is a little loose, this will have a negative impact. The drum will not be able to move during the wash cycles. It is important that the drain pump evacuates almost all the water in the washing machine tank. Check that the main motor is working properly. The problem with the washing machine is that the belt has slipped off the motor pulley support. Before changing the belt, the condition of the pulleys should be checked. They should not be cracked or twisted, otherwise the belt will not stay in place during the use of the washing machine and will slip off the rotation shaft.
