The washing machine no longer spins and makes noise during washing. Remove the belt and check if the motor is turning both ways. If it turns both ways, the problem is in the transmission of the machine. It could be the pulley is very tight, the brake actuator is not disengaging the clutch properly, or the transmission is defective. Recheck the yellow and red cables from the programmer to the motor to see if one of them is broken. This is the most common fault on this type of unit. It is possible that when you push the machine down, the wire makes contact and the motor receives power correctly and turns in both directions. You should remove the wire on the synchronous motor and do the wash test. Also, the double torsion spring that has the back clutch should be greased. It should not have any oxidation and of course no moisture. If you find oxidation due to moisture, you should check the back clutch rod. The rod is equipped with a spring that must be adjusted so that it tightens the shaft and stops the water from filtering. When you remove the belt, the motor actually turns in one direction, either clockwise or counterclockwise. The pulley is set at normal pressure and the brake actuator works well when there is no spinning problem. If a malfunction is detected during the spinning process on the washing machine, the condition of the pulley should be checked.
