The washing machine no longer spins the laundry. Remove the belt and start the washing machine. If the machine makes a loud noise, the malfunction may be in the motor. If there is no noise, the problem is in the transmission part. The values of the motor provided at no load are correct, but with the load and consumption, the values have dropped significantly. The belt of the washing machine may be completely disconnected from the pulleys and is then at the bottom of the machine. But it may also be still in place and simply out of alignment. In this case, the belt will extend well beyond the drum pulley, causing a rubbing noise. Remove the belt and check its condition by inspecting its entire length. If the belt shows signs of wear, is split, slightly twisted or too stiff, it should be replaced quickly, otherwise it will keep coming off its shaft. The part number of the belt can be found on the part. Slide the belt inside the machine and position the grooves on the metal pulley. Then take a plastic clamp and insert it behind the pulley. Then place the cable in the clamping mechanism and tighten to hold the pulley and belt together. To connect the belt to the motor pulley, wrap the belt around the motor pulley and then rotate the pulley forward to tighten the belt. Remove the tensioning belt. Run the washer through a full wash cycle to verify that the belt remains in place on the spinning shaft.
