To check this, you can perform a simple test with your washing machine turned off and without any clothes in it. Take the blades and turn them sideways, as if you were doing a wash. If you notice any play, then it is indeed the drum coupling that is the issue. To replace it, grip the lower blades with both hands and pull firmly upwards to remove them. You will find the coupling by removing a screw located in the center. Replace it by positioning the blades in the coupling guides, then press firmly until it fits properly.
