The reduction gearbox of the washing machine was changed. The appliance worked correctly during several wash cycles, except for the spinning phase. It is necessary to make a kind of "hook" that allows to join the arm of the box the steel cable. It is possible to make this "hook" with the steel springs of the doors of top-loading washing machines. In the phase of washing the apparatus emits an abnormal noise.it is advisable to check the state of the parts of the washing machine. Release the steel cable of the drain motor and put it to wash. If the noise persists, the malfunction is in the belt or housing. If the noise disappears, the problem is with the draining system. The steel cable must remain free, without tension, during the washing process, otherwise it may tend to slow down when spinning in the direction of the spin. The cable that connects to the drain always makes noise. The belt should fit snugly, but not too tightly. Check it for signs of wear, fraying or cracks. Also check the condition of the motor and pulleys.
