In order to overcome the malfunctions encountered during the use of the washing machine, the bearings were changed, the seals and the shaft as well. Despite this, the washing machine makes an abnormal noise. It is possible that the heating element has not been properly inserted into its housing and is rubbing against the drum. If the noise that is noticeable sounds like a vibration, it will fade with time. The heater has been cut off so that it can be connected to the hoses to prevent water leaks. Take the belt out of its place and check by turning the drum manually if the noise persists. The drum should be level with the circumference of the bellows. The star may be cracked. The drum bolts with which you attached the star may have loosened or one may have broken off. The back cover of the tank may also have been improperly assembled, or may be cracked because on some models of washing machines it is made of plastic. After replacing the belt, positioning it so that it connects the two pulleys, replace the back plate of the washing machine and then reinstall the screws. Run a wash program with the drum empty. If the drum does not turn normally and the washing machine makes an abnormal noise, check that the belt is tight enough. If it is not, it will not stay in place on the spinning shaft and will slip during the spin cycle due to vibrations. Some washing machines are equipped with a function to tighten the belt.
