When the washing machine can no longer spin the clothes during the washing cycle, and the water is not drained, the malfunction usually comes from the belt that can no longer drive the drum. If the washing machine does not have a condenser but an electronic card, it is necessary to check its condition. Manually turn the drum of the washing machine from right to left to see if this element manages to turn. If a rubbing noise is heard during the manipulation, remove the belt by pulling it towards you and check its condition. If it is worn or loose, it will need to be replaced.
