There is a loud noise during the spinning process. The drum of the washing machine turns very slowly. Remove the panel of the machine to access the belt. Remove the belt to check its condition. It is possible that the rubber of the belt that goes between the two pulleys is too stretched. If this is the case, the belt should be tightened so that it does not slip when using the wash programs. If the belt is worn out, you should buy a new one, making sure that it is compatible with your washing machine. The diameter and type of belt is important. Also check the condition of the bearings. When the bearings are damaged, the washing machine drum falls off and the pulley is no longer aligned with the motor pulley. Loosen the screws that hold the motor base stationary relative to the washing machine cabinet. Place the belt between the two pulleys and move the motor away from the washing machine drum to tighten the belt enough. Before reassembling the appliance panel and replacing the screws, run a wash program without putting any laundry in the drum. When spinning, check that the drum is spinning properly. If it does not, the belt is not tight enough. If the drum runs normally, the belt is in place.
