Check if the steel wire of the drain motor is detached or too loose. If so, this can prevent the spin drum from rotating properly or slow it down. Also, check if the drum is being hindered by the brake belt in the transmission box. To facilitate the spinning of the drum, remove the clutch arm a few centimeters away from the white plastic gear. Refer to the attached image to visualize the clutch arm in the transmission box. Then, check that the main motor pulley rotates clockwise when the belt is removed between the two spin stage pulleys. By following these steps, you will be able to repair your washing machine and restore it to proper working condition.
