It loads the water well, drains it well but does not turn the motor, I was told that it could be the capacitor, could you help me, it is possible that the capacitor is deteriorated. However, you can remove the belt between both pulleys and then program the spin stage (no water and no clothes) and see if the main motor pulley rotates clockwise (to the left according to the rear view of the washer). If the pulley rotates and with a wood or ribbon you can brake it without forcing the main motor, then you would have to replace the capacitor with another one respecting the values indicated on it, but if the pulley does not rotate, it is possible that the current signal is not reaching the main motor from the programming card or there is damage to the cables that feed it.
